Doctorate in Modern Israeli History

The 2008 revision of the PhD. requirements in the Emory History Department now allows students to obtain a doctorate in Jewish History. Within that broad field, students can elect to focus their doctoral work in variety of fields in modern and medieval Jewish history including modern Israeli history  http://www.history.emory.edu/graduate/jewish.htm

Students so inclined must apply to the Emory Graduate school and follow all of the regulations and procedures required for admission.

ISMI does not offer stipends or fellowships; these must be obtained through the graduate school admissions process.
